We’re so excited to share a delicious summer concoction created just for Mountain Valley fans like like Hey It’s Julay. What’s a good meal without a good beverage to go along with it? Thankfully Julie has whipped up a delicious Sparkling Peach Rosemary Cocktail recipe to share with you.
Ingredients
Serves 2
- Mountain Valley White Peach Sparkling Water
- 3 peaches
- 1/2 of a lime, juiced
- 1/2 cup vodka
- Rosemary
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
For the Rosemary Simple Syrup
In a saucepan, bring water and sugar to a boil. Let boil for 3 minutes.
Remove from heat, and add a 1-2 stems of rosemary.
Let it steep for an hour or so.
For the Cocktail
Slice one peach, leaving the skin on. Set aside.
Peel and dice two peaches. And diced peaches to a blender and blend for about 30 seconds, or until smooth.
Squeeze the juice from half of lime into the peach puree. (FYI – Don’t try to make this step in advance. The puree will discolor if you wait too long after blending it.)
Add 4-5 tablespoons of rosemary simple syrup, stir.
Add vodka to the puree mixture, stir.
Fill two glasses with ice. Divide the puree mixture between glasses. Add peach slices to each glass.
Top off the glasses with Mountain Valley Spring White Peach Sparkling Water and a sprig of rosemary.
